DoDEA Required Influenza Vaccine

This is a reminder that the influenza vaccine remains a DoDEA annual requirement. A copy of your student's flu vaccine or a signed DoDEA exemption is due to the school nurse by December 1, 2024. An exemption form signed because of personal or religious preference must be signed each year.

All BACH Medical Homes have Flu Walk-in hours: Monday-Wednesday, and Friday 8 am - 2:30 pm.

Students WILL NOT be permitted to attend school December 2nd (Monday after Thanksgiving break) until documentation of the flu vaccine is received, documentation of an appointment date is provided, or a signed exemption form is completed.
