At Fort Campbell High School, Dr. Nancy Beale, once doubtful about esports, found it transformed students’ lives. As coach of the school’s competitive gaming team, she watched shy, isolated teens gain confidence, build friendships, and discover a sense of belonging. Esports lifts grades, ignites passion for STEM, and fosters teamwork and leadership skills. Parents like Leanne Apter celebrate how it creates a safe, supportive space for kids to connect. Superintendent Gregory Bull sees it as a game-changer, welcoming students who might skip traditional sports into a world of camaraderie and opportunity. With careers in a $4.3 billion industry and skills employers prize, esports proves it’s more than play—it’s a pathway to success.

The Fort Campbell Falcon archery team competed at the State Archery Tournament this past weekend. Their accurate shooting set a school record team high score of 3225! The archery team has had an amazing season and they have qualified for the National Archery Tournament in May at Louisville KY against teams from all across the eastern United States.
